These decorations were used to decorate a desk in an office for a mermaid themed birthday. They displayed beautifully! The flower poms were a little challenging and none of them really looked the same but they still turned out nicely. There wasn’t any issues with the balloons popping as listed in one of the other reviews. The birthday girl was truly happy with the finished product.

Pros:- Balloons were an excellent quality!- Pom Poms were easy to fluff!- The 2 polka dot garlands were adorable and were very high quality!Cons:- The tissue paper tassel garland came in a million individual pieces and some string that were super confusing to diy. We ended up drapping and stapling each paper panel over our deck railing in a pattern. It took forever since we were worried about ripping them but it covered most of the railing and people thought it looked cute!- The mermaid confetti was mostly yellow instead of a variety of colors which was disappointing when all the other parts of the kit were so great.

The colors are very different from what is pictured, especially the circle garland. The gold is more a mustard yellow and the blue is a navy sort of blue. The pom poms are not very puffy and the tassels come as shredded streamer like paper. It came so close to the party that I just had to make due. So disappointed.

There were little things that bothered me about this. The rope to tie the banner together was red and white, didn't match the theme at all. Also, the confetti banner was a totally different shade than the rest and didn't match either. Other than that, it was good.

Disappointing. Majority of balloons did not hold air and popped easily including while blowing them up. Most balloons were deflated before party started. Blew them up 1 hour before party.

Balloons were very poor quality, the latex was thick, it was like blowing up a water balloon! They were very easy to pop and dangerous! My toddler picked one up and it popped in her face, leaving a mark. I made sure to put them all on the wall as decor and not let anyone play after that! They were also very small balloons! There were no directions with the banner.

Garland did not come out well at all and the puff flower ball things didn’t come out too good either, but worked out for party, although garland was not put out lol. Lots of decorations though for the money

This was NOT the colors the description said it would be and I got it a day before our mermaid party and was super disappointed. It is a baby blue NOT a tiffany blue like it said it was. All the blues were different shades.
