Bought it for my mother in law who is in her 70s and likes to have a firm yet cushiony chair. This perfectly fit the bill. It was relatively easy to put together but read all the instructions first and don't just do it at you read - you'll get stuck, have to pull things apart and redo it and that's much harder than it looks. There's no specific lumbar support but overall the seat depth, the back shape, the length of the arm rests - it's all very comfortable. It's light weight but doesn't feel cheap. Worth the price. We have two now because we all liked it so much.

Perfect chair for hubby for his physical therapy exercises after knee replacement. He needed a chair with arms so he could pull himself off the seat. The chair is well made and solid. The mesh back is comfortable as well cushioned seat. It was easy to put together though it took me longer than it was suppose too.

The chairs are very nice for the price. They do have one problem…the screw holes on the seat cushion are misaligned and it is impossible to get the 4th screw in. We’ve tried many different ways to get it to line up but alas no can do.

Got 4 of these for our office entry - very elegant and comfortable - nice looking office chairs. Sturdy. Arrived in a timely manner, easy assembly.

I should have read other review more thoroughly. I actually wanted 8 of these but decided to order just one initially to make sure it was a good chair. The actual frame of the chair appears very sturdy and the back mesh looks well constructed but as you can see from the uploaded image, the chair cushion is badly distorted due to how they package them. It's so creased I doubt it will ever correct as the underlying foam has likely been permanently distorted. A real shame as the general construction of the rest of the chair looks really sound.

Extremely sturdy and pretty comfy chairs for our office. They're lightweight and easy to place when someone walks in and we need to place chairs quickly.

This is a well designed, sturdy, good looking, and comfortable chair. But there is a problem with its manufacture: the parts don't fit together very well. The holes through which the bolts must pass don't align well with the threads into which the bolts must screw. This makes it very difficult to assemble without stripping the threads. Once it has been force-fit to get the bolts properly inserted, the legs are twisted enough so that the chair does not sit level on the floor.

Absolutely perfect. Very sturdy but comfortable. A real good buy even tho I never needed in the end but returns were very complicated so had to keep it.
