Hu Gems Chocolate Chips have officially become my favorite chocolate. The flavor is rich and smooth without being overly sweet, and the texture is perfect—creamy with just the right amount of snap. I love these chocolate chips— or gems rather. They’re are a delicious no refined sugar option and it’s very convenient to get them from Amazon when my grocery store doesn’t have them or this size. They are quite expensive though.
