Worst printer. I was under the impression that this was a US shop and it was not. I was sent to Whats App to chat with someone out of the country. “Support” keeps telling me MIGHT BE this or that, take this on, now put back on. Im sorry but for the price, i should not be having to take apart my new printer. I only used it for 2 months. Also the mainboard is a discontinued board. What the heck! I normally don’t do bad reviews but this is horrible.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My printer has been down for weeks with no solutions, was told by Amazon to return the printer to the seller for them to tell my it was not authorized and not the correct product because I sent it in a different box from when it was sent to me. He never even opened the box and just said it wasn't right. Beyond frustrated! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. The printer was great the first couple months and then stopped working and received no help getting the issue fixed.

So this review is mixed, the good bad and the ugly. The Tech support is pretty much non existent, so if you are not tech savy this is not for you, they machine comes without any manuals everything on usage is YouTube videos, which while easy enough to follow, gives you no information, there are buttons and functions on the machine that are never explained. They show you how to do maintenance but never explain how often these preventative measures should be employed. If you have an issue with machine or just a general question do not expect an answer before the 8th hour, Do not ask multiple questions at once because only one will get answered, I tried to be patient and wait for answers but they were far and in-between. They also sent me something, said I signed for it, which I never did and that was the end of that no follow up or anything. This is why they get 1 star, you shouldn't promise 24/7 support if you can't make good on it.

BUYER BEWARE. This has been one problem after another. You cannot contact a customer support team via phone only via WhatsApp. They are little to no help and only want to send a poor quality video for instruction.

The 24 hour customer service is not true. They’re in china and I don’t get a response until I’m at home. It does not work with apple products. I’ve been trying to figure out how to operate for 2 1/2 weeks. The only videos to help are their videos that have no words. When I turn on my machine it starts auto printing random letters I never told it to print and only stops if I cut the machine off. So far, VERY unsatisfied.😞
