Gastrointestinal issues if the whole package is eaten at once. My colon inflated like a balloon and I had the most foul smelling farts for like 3 days postprandial. My niece, who ate almost 2 whole packages, was doubled over in agony with full body sweats clutching her belly for a few hours as well. Other than that, super tasty and a great alternative for those who have portion control. That's what we get for eating so much sugar alcohol at one time.

These taste good, but it does contain maltitol which I read can cause your stomach to get upset. I found out that's a true statement.

A great sugarfree snack

ok product, not very flavorful

I have never farted so much in my entire life. Dont get me wrong, they are great gummies in the moment, but be forewarned before entering any enclosed or quiet space where other people are around. This includes airplanes, libraries, theaters, elevators, taxi cabs, proctored examinations, legal depositions, and heaven forbid, yoga class. I was not unsurprised to find that the primary ingredients are both malitol and allulose which are well known fart alcohols. Another dubious ingredient that pops to attention is “modified corn starch” - I can’t imagine what they modified produce such a report.

No sugar! These candies are unbelievably tasty and chewy. So much better for your health too! I bought a box, glad I did, everyone that tastes these fruity "candies" asks where I found them! They are soo good, you don't miss the sugar!
