Naringin 500 Milligrams 60 Capsules

I have noticed a reduction in inflammation. This is helping my joints, my stomach, and I'm hoping it will bring down my hematocrit. I get labs in October 2025. I started taking this in the end of April early May 2025 when my hematocritwas 45 (its been as high as 49 over the last few years and my doc wants me to keep an eye on it). My LDL is also elevated I can already tell this will be a staple for me. I haven't lost weight but I notice a lot of puffiness and swelling has gone down. It's helping my Crohns too! The pill is medium sized and easy to swallow. I think it's really effective and very inexpensive. I will try to update after October regarding my hematocrit and cholesterol.

My hematocrit fell from 55 to 51 in one month. More importantly, my Ferritin rose from 29 to over 100! If you are on TRT, you should be aware that this is a COMMON (albeit largely unknown) problem. Worked for me as intended Pills are large and have a bitter flavor on the outside of the capsule but the benefits outweighs them.

I just happened to get blood work and noticed my white blood cells were high. My hemocrait was right at the limit as well. The doctor said let's check you again in 2 weeks (white blood cell related). I figured this would be a perfect time to see if it would lower my hemocrait since i was going to be getting blood work again shortly after. It dropped it 1.8 points in just 17 days. Oddly my white blood cells dropped a ton too but I don't think it's related to this.

Research shows that this product helps weight loss. Not huge amounts. Maybe 1-2 pounds a month.

It looks like a good product, but one bottle was crushed in the package. Fortunately most the capsules survived
