While waiting for these to arrive I kept thinking that I made a mistake! Well when they arrive I took one!! I had been afraid that they wouldn't work. But no!! I felt a difference the first week. My biggest problem was remembering in the middle of a conversation!! It works well of those problems. Not always but I think that is norm. I've been thru at least three shipments if not more. It's worth the price. I'll wish you give them a try!!! Good luck!!
