As with most supplements . . .
. . . I don't notice any immediate effects after taking this vitamin. However, I usually take it in the evening and notice that I've been sleeping better—meaning I don't wake up as much during the night—and my dreams are more pleasant. In any case, this is a vital supplement for those of us who don't get enough in our daily diet.
