Aids are mechanically well made and packaged. Audio is poor. It clips off high frequencies such as the turn signal click and motor noises that I can hear without the aids. Conversations are easier to understand without the aids. Single button for both mode selection and volume control results in volume changing when aid is inserted, then there are 8 steps, some painfully loud before volume can be returned to desired level. Also the single button may accidentally cause a change in volume. The aids are not comfortable. When pushed into the ear to the point where a seal is good enough to stop feedback squeal, every bite chewed during eating is amplified horribly.

I bought this for my dad and it has not worked for him. Unfortunately missed the returning window but would advise not to purchase.

These are so tiny they would be super easy to lose. They fit totally inside the canal - they have a wire on the end you use to pull them out and I suspect it is also an antenna. I have evaluated several low cost sound amplifiers and this is the best of the lot as far as sound quality. These sound very good - even when there is background noise. They take a while to get adjusted right but once done the sound is XLNT. They also have a nice recharging case and come with a charger that plug in to charge the case. This is an amazing deal for the quality.

I had high hopes for this to work, but one of the hearing aids would not take a charge for more than a few minutes. Maybe a fluke..

I have only moderate hearing loss and only above 4000hz. This makes hearing in restaurants and parties tougher and I do find that hearing dialogue on the TV is sometimes challenging. I have tried various OTC solutions and found them mostly just OK, they seem to elevate the noise as much as what I am trying to hear. Nice design and compact charger/case. Fit easily in the ear and are marked L and R so that there are no questions about where they go. Includes some soft silicone cones meant to adjust fit to ear however the initial ones were fine. Easy to use and set up. Turns on and off automatically when removed or replaced in charging case. Long press (2 seconds) to move volume up in 5 increments which loop back to lowest when top is reached. There is no app to adjust profile or to test your hearing. This is both good and bad since it is one less thing standing in the way of using these. However, I have found that some OTC hearing devices DO provide a meaningful adaptation to your hearing if you take the time to use their apps. The only adjustment here is volume. IN testing these, I didn't feel as though I got much of a hearing boost from them. When I adjusted the volume higher, the left one squealed intermittently. I wouldn't be eager to use these since I don't feel as though they are really improving my hearing very much. ON the other hand, they do seem to be well made and easy to implement.
