THIS BAG IS AMAZING!!! I love it so much. The quality of the leather is high end and feels smooth. The design aesthetic is super edgy and chic. Straps on the backpack are adjustable and are a little on the stiff side. The interior is VERY spacious. You can easily fit a laptop inside and some thicker books. All the little pockets and pouches on the side open up too, so you can store smaller items in there. The clasp to close the bag on the top is a little bit awkward to use because you have to lift up two leather straps after twisting the metal clasp. However, I don't see myself opening and closing the bag very often. It's definitely not a daily use kind of bag. The product team took extra care to wrap everything in bubble wrap and it comes with a dust bag too for storage! I really appreciate all the attention to detail that went into the design of this product. I am VERY happy with my purchase. If you or your loved ones are Wriothesley fans, they will surely love this backpack too. 10/10. No regrets. Oh and it comes with a little complimentary acrylic keychain / standee :)

Solid bag. Good construction and the materials don't feel cheap. It is a bit on the smaller side (it can only really carry my laptop and wallet) so not very good as a school bag but as a going out/chore/errand bag it has plenty of space. The badge does clink around a little as you walk, but it's not too annoying.

The product arrived in a timely manner and looks exactly like the promotional photos. Comfortable to wear and is large enough to fit a laptop. As an example, my MacBook Air fit perfectly with additional space to use. There’s a decent amount of pockets inside too. Good quality, would definitely take out to school or work.

The thing that kept the bag closed broke off, I will change review if the replacement is a good one. For the second replacement, after a month or so using it, the zipper on the left side pocket broke off. This bag should be a lot less money judging on how it falls apart so easily. Update! I have had the bag for a decent while and was able to easily fix the zipper, and the bag has been holding up. I think the thing I did wrong is that I didn't put the straps over the clasp to keep it from breaking off. So I advise everyone to do this so that it doesn't break off for you.

Ive had the bag since April 15th and just now it broke, the bag was amazing, it was comfortable to wear and had plenty of room to fit anything I wanted, my eyeliner, perfumes, mascara, salt, basil, taser, and switch all at once. Unfortunately on June 12th the clasp broke and the week before the D ring stitch also broke, I'm unsure if you can pop the clasp back in since I lost it, and since the return window closed I have no choice but to purchase a new one, so be aware of its fragility, it's an amazing bag that will last you a long time if you properly take care of it, knowing all of this I still recommend it.

Beautiful. I live in Europe, and this bag was not available in my country, so it took almost 2 months to get home. Fits my laptop (which is quite large) perfectly. It's very comfortable and comes with a cute Wrio keychain!

Wonderful! Well packaged and Wonderful quality! A bit bigger than I was expecting. But It's big enough to put a laptop and all the essentials!
