These vitamin drops are really easy to use, and the fruity flavor makes them simple to take first thing in the morning. They do not leave any weird aftertaste. It is always hard to measure exactly how much energy support you get from something like this, but they feel clean and gentle on the stomach. A nice option if you prefer liquid vitamins over capsules.

I purchased the liquid B1, B6, and B12 to help with energy and potential neuropathy in my hands. I do a dropper full under the tongue. Tastes like a crushed-up vitamin, but I just take a swig of water afterwards and it's fine. I prefer the liquid to pills for faster absorption. Haven't noticed much on the energy front but not feeling so tingling in my hands.

I wasn't taking any B vitamins before this, except for what was in my multi vitamin. I have hypothyroidism and it helped me get my energy back. I would recommend. Taste isn't bad, as all B vitamins have a strong flavor.

Good product I believe. Decent taste, no problems taking it… hasn’t been a remarkable change but I think it’s worth taking.
