Good to keep on hand.
I got this to use in several desserts when I don't have fresh limes on hand. Works pretty well. Not as good a fresh limes, but certainly good enough that I will continue to keep it on hand for those unplanned occasions when I need some lime peal. It's also worked well mixed with salt for rimming glasses used with several mixed drinks.

This is not for key lime pie.
This is a "spice" or flavoring, similar to sumac, to add a tart dimension. Great on meat before BBQ. We love it, but this is not dessert or baking flavor, like the ground orange or lemon.

Half full makes you scratch your head.
The product is excellent. Super in all respects and I will be ordering more when this runs out. However, as with several other reviews, mine came with the seal only glued about a half inch and the bottle was only a bit over half full. Had I not read other reviews noting this, I may have tossed it out thinking that it had been tampered with. I didn’t weigh it but it appears to be the 4 ounce it is represented to be but it sure feels icky to get a half-full bottle delivered. So, I would recommend the manufacturer either get a smaller bottle or fill this size and charge more or disclose in the description that it will arrive only half full and that’s because they are trying to use up a bunch of old bottles. But I really like the product. 5 stars to it.

The product is only half full
The product appears very sketchy. The bottle was half empty and the inner seal was broken when it arrived. It does not look like what was being sold in the photos. Definitely do not recommend!

Good product
It is a good product, but I recommend dried black dried lemon for those who want a stronger taste and flavor. There is a note that some comments indicated that the bottle is not full, but the truth is they sell it based on weight not size, as you can see in the picture, the weight is correct as indicated in the advertisement.

Exactly what I wanted.
Great flavor for recipes calling for a subtle tart ingredient such as ceviche or seafoods.
