This is one of those things you hope you never need, but I feel so much better having it. I keep the tag on my daughter's car seat and the bracelet in the diaper bag. It has all the important info — emergency contacts, medical details, anything someone would need to know if I weren’t there to explain. It’s well made, easy to update, and discreet but easy to spot in an emergency. As a single mom, this gave me major peace of mind. Every parent should have one — it’s such a simple step for something so important.

These are great to have in case of emergency. It makes me feel so much safer knowing if I'm in a wreck again and my kids are with me the EMTs/first responders will have basic info on who to call. They're kind of expensive, but not crazy expensive. And if you're in a wreck or get new seats and need new ones, the company helps replace them. My only real (petty) complaint is on the stickers where you fill info for the kids there's writing in gray that repeats what the bold black header says only in Spanish. Which is great that they're making it easier for more people, but the gray makes it hard to see what you write. Even if you use a don't tipped sharpie like I did. I ended up using white out tape on the second one to erase the gray. I also wish they came in slightly smaller versions. My boys are in boosters now so it's harder to find space that isn't covered in warnings and labels.

We love this product. We've purchased twice for new car seats as our kids grew. They stick really well. We live in 100+ degrees during the summer and I worried that the stickiness would pull away over time but it hasn't. The tag works well when needed. I replaced one and the product peeled just like it was meant to. Great idea and product!

Great safety kit! Genius idea and I feel my kids will be safe and found with these bracelets on if anything were to happen to me or my husband in the car. A little peace of mind.

You can't put a price on peace of mind...God forbid anything were to ever happen, I am confident that 1st Responders would be able to contact someone to come be with our son!! Very nice quality, easy to fill out and register and extremely easy to install!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love the concept of these safety bracelets. If I were to change anything, it would be the design of the font size vs spacing. It was difficult to write my information without writing on top of the print. I also thing the price point is surprising for basically paper and a sticker.

In fall of 2023 I was involved in a car accident that I'm honestly not sure how any of us walked away from unscratched, pick up vs small SUV, not a match I recommend. Luckily I didn't have anyone in the car with me, but as a nanny with four young children constantly in and out of the car I felt so much anxiety when I started driving again with them in the car terrified of what could have been if I had any of them with me. I stumbled upon Roth ID Tag by accident and immediately went to researching all of the emergency tags available, Roth kept standing out to me, so I bought several tags from them. What I love about these tags is the larger space to write contact info, I could write larger when filling out info. The space for medical notes was nice. The card when removed can turn into a wristband, there is never a question on who this child is or who to call. The sticker attached in easy sight is visible in the dark with the shiny material, responders know to look for the tag when they see the sticker. I love the QR code availability, along with setting a passcode for the children to ensure the person picking up can be id'd and knows the correct password. Emergency contact card for the people trusted to pick up in case of an accident. Overall, the tags give me peace of mind that even if the unthinkable happens, the kids will be safe with responders and adults who they know easily accessed by responders.

Everyone must get one.

Love the idea of this as it’s discreet but important “in case of emergency”! Huge piece of mind knowing if something where to happen (hopefully never has to be used) but that first responders know who to contact for my child if there was an accident. I also love the idea that this can also be used as a wrist band incase my child needs to be taken out of the car seat and transported to hospital (the important information will be on the wrist band with them until the hospital). It seems very efficient to have so you don’t have to worry as you know if something happened first responders will contact the people on the wrist band if the driver is unresponsive. Only downside/wish they had was that it could have an extra spot that was just blank for additional information if it was necessary. Otherwise, it’s pretty versatile.

Have this on our newborns car seat & it gives us the peace of mind!

Love this! I saw it on an add in IG and came running to Amazon to get it. It’s brilliant and I think this should be automatically installed by manufacturers when selling car seats! I bought 2 sets for each of my sisters’ kids

The only thing that was I didn’t like is that I purchased two sets and they both came in the same plastic seal. This is an issue because they are both gifts and now they “opened” when I give them. Would have given 5 stars if packaging was better and better quality.
