This syrup is the closest sugar free option I could find to replace gingerbread. It's very good, sweet but not too sweet and very reminiscent of a ginger cookie, with less spice than gingerbread. Will buy again. The pump gives a perfect coffee house measure.

My wife likes her coffee ruined, err - "sweet". However, she is trying to eat and be healthy as we start this new year. After trying many many options, Torani sugar-free syrups have been the best option we have found for her. In particular, the Belgian cookie flavor. Great stuff. Minimal artificial sweetener funk. Will buy again.

The belgian cookie syrup is really good so far! I love that it comes in a glass bottle and the flavor isn't overpowering. It's a nice addition to my coffee bar for my lower-calorie days. Heavy warning for anyone looking to get the PUMPKIN PIE sf syrup - it is NOT good. It smells nice (like apple pie spice lol) but oh my god does that have the most sour and nasty taste.

I regularly stock my home coffee set up with sugar free syrups and this one has been a new addition. It might be my favorite yet! It doesn't have the fake sugar taste, and it blends well with any type of flavor profile. Absolutely a winner.

This does not taste like cookie. It tastes like maple syrup, like exactly what you put on your pancakes. It’s not bad tasting, just doesn’t taste like Biscoff which is what the name suggests.
