I thought I needed a new mower battery since it's 4 years old now. It's been sitting all winter. I tried to start it and as expected it was dead. So I left this charger on for 48 hours in the mower shed and it started right up. It probably only needed an overnight charge but since it was raining I just left the charger on it for 48 hours. It's convenient too when my Mother goes on long trips she asks me to drive her SUV to keep it charged up. Now I'm just gonna hook this up to her battery to keep it fresh I don't have to mess with driving her SUV around. This will not 'jump' a battery it's just a trickle charger to refresh and old or dead battery from winter storage or to keep a newer battery from draining while the vehicle is stationary for weeks to months.

If you know me from other products you know I have something good to tell you😁This little guy is pretty handy!it's not a big machine so you can hang it wherever you desire allowing more space for more equipment.The car battery charger does take a while depending on your battery but heres a nice trick it comes with,it tells you if your battery is bad on the spot.No more unnecesary trips to the store where they may not even tell you if it's bad or not.Also comes with a little adapter for.different battery types.Highly recommended,having these in your shops or at home is never a bad thing.🙃

I loved everything about this small, easy to use device. One has to remember that at 4 amps it does not charge a battery very quickly but, as a trickle maintainer it definitely does the job.

This item surprised pleasantly. Item is self regulating and will pause if any issues in charging or power fluctuations which should protect your items. Needs to be on its own power plug when charging as Other power draws will pause it, which is a good thing. Has been outdoors for my 12v auto to trickle and tops off fairly fast and lights update you on status. If no lights, make sure item has its own plug in case the power draw is setting its safety features off. Would definitely buy/recommend!!!

The battery charger stays lit when it's plugged into the battery, but the AC power is unplugged, so it will drain down the battery. This is really not well thought-out and is terrible for my use case.
