Great for the price and great for the glutes
The adjustment capability is great, Im 5’4 so I like it tall but my husband is 6’ foot tall so he likes it lower. Ease to use and I did download the app but it never connects but it dont bother me none bc I use my Apple Watch. The size is perfect for our living too area but we moved it into the garage now that it’s lava in Texas. The durability is great, handles myself and my husband when working out. the Balance on this machine is strong and sturdy. Wish I would have gotten tbe one with resistance bands bit this one works jus as great. I went from 2 minutes to 5 minutes intervals along with a mile run in between. Feels amazing.

Solid piece of equipment.
My stepper came well packaged and undamaged. Assembly was easy for me. It was minimal compared to other home fitness equipment. I don't use the digital counter. I just watch my DVR recordings and track my progress with time rather than steps. Like others stated, there should be springs or some sort of rubber stoppers when the pedals come to the bottom. I have to keep my legs "under tension" per se to keep the pedals from bottoming out and striking metal on metal. This feature needs improvement for creating newer models.

Perfect for the Purpose
I use this 4 to 5 days a week for my fasting cardio in the morning. I really like it. It's lightweight and easy to move between rooms as I like to set up in front of my TV to watch my cdrama while burning fat. Love Between Fairy and Devil with Dylan Wang and Esther Yu. I could hear your mind asking me for a cdrama recommendation, so there it is. The display on it always works and never glitches out on me. You control intensity, i.e. smaller strides vs bigger strides, slow or fast paced etc. I just wish the foot pedals were a bit longer. Otherwise it's a great at home device.

Pedals slam CONSTANTLY due to ZERO Resistance on climber
Pros and cons of the CLIMBER below. I ordered the climber thinking it was the better option for more variety worth step height. Maybe the stepper is better..? -pros: it was easy to assemble, and only took around 30 minutes once I got everything opened. It really is a full body workout. It got here a few days early too, which was a great surprise. It's also pretty light and relatively easy to move around. The cell phone holder works on my phone that flips into a small tablet well, so it should fit most phones. - cons: there is no resistance at all. You have to be aware of your step size because the pedals slam into the bottom of the posts every time you extend fully. I feel like there should be some form of resistance to slow the drop. So the only way to not have metal slamming constantly is stopping and switching your energy into the next step before the full extension of the step. Which in a way is a full body workout. But it also reduces the actual step size to about 3/4 of the full range which eliminated the whole reason i got it. The only thing the cables do is keep the pedals on the rotation (1 up at a time) with ZERO resistance. I work out regularly, switching up my cardio between a bike, a rower, and a treadmill 3-4 times per week, and i was beat after 5 minutes. - in theory it's great that it works out full body but having to control speed, step length, and try not to slam into the bottom of the post left me with only a 5 minute workout before one knee began to ache, potentially from having to focus on not using the machine properly to avoid the slamming, which has never been an issue with stair steppers/climbers in the gyms. Overall, it's an OKAY addition to a home gym. It's my first day with it so I am gonna try to have a better workout tomorrow with it. I'll change my review if it gets better but the metal slamming is enough to make me want to return it now.

Eh product but gives you a decent workout
Lost a star because of the packaging. HORRID process that took longer than actual assembly. So much unnecessary tape, zip ties, cardboard on metal pieces that don’t need padding or support. Very messy and exhausting just getting three pieces out and wanted to return it right after because of what a nuisance they sent. As for the assembly it took 15/20 minutes alone. The manual is useless in terms of what letter/number tool it says to use since it doesn’t match up with the actual product’s codes but you can go off the picture and intuition. The climber isn’t silent as you can hear from the video but not clanking or terribly noisy. I like that it doesn’t have thin tension cables like other climbers that will wear down over time. Range of motion is fine. The foot pedals are a bit short as your heels hang off or you just need to put more weight forward. Phone holder is a nice feature. First time using it, I had to grip onto the bars and felt very unstable the moment I let go but the next day and so on I quickly felt more balanced and could actually get a leg workout in. The quality of the climber is pretty trashy since after the first use the right leg’s paint got all scratched off. It’s whatever to me at this point since I can’t bother to disassemble and drive to get this returned. I’m lazy when it comes to exercise so this at least gets some cardio/legs in. Overpriced for the quality but it’s functional.

Worth the money for something to get a bit of exercise on
Worth the price, reasonable for what this is. So far I am happy with this climber. I have bad knees so I'm gradually easing into this. The set up was a bit time consuming (for me) and somehow the battery operated timer gadget ended up backwards??? But again, likely my own mess up. Another person commented that it clanks when the petals hit the floor, which is true. So I got some pipe insulation and gorilla tape and secured it to the base on both sides and no more clanking. Since this was the first time I have ever even gotten on a stair climber, I have nothing to compare it to, but for me it is a nice exercise machine for days when the weather is bad and I can't walk three miles. I would purchase again.
