Rustic Farmhouse Double Diamond Woven Throw, 50x60, Stone

This cotton throw has become one of my favorite decorative pieces at home because it adds softness and texture without feeling heavy. The material is 100 percent cotton, and you can see the quality in the weave. It drapes nicely over a sofa, accent chair, or the side of the bed and keeps its shape throughout the day. The thickness is light to medium, which makes it ideal for styling instead of using it as a warming blanket. I bought this in stone (which is like a pale taupe and white) to cover a dark mauve chair my little white cat suddenly claimed as her own. As the does gave some 3-4 inch perfectly circular gray dots (think like a pair of dice) it manages to hide the bulk of the white and the few of the gray which just blend into the pattern (unlike the white. We’ll be washing it often!) But it’s a nice sturdy blanket and she’s terms to snag it which I was surprised by as she is prone to it. While it may not be the comfiest blanket for people, it’ll certainly suffice if needed and, at this price point, it’s great for pets, protecting furniture or hanging out outside on the ground. I’ll like repurchase when my new couch gets in. It’s cute enough to toss over the back and add a layer of claw protection and keep fur to a minimum!

I was coordinating picnic accessories to use this summer. I had been considering how to put together a picnic basket et al. for quite some time. The pandemic forced the need for more creative ways to spend time with only those I can trust to use social distancing and other methods to stay safe, and so I began to search for a blanket to coordinate with the basket I planned to use. This blanket turned out to be a perfect match. The weight was substantial enough to use on the grass. The size was big enough for the 2 of us to sit comfortably. I was able to unpack my large picnic basket and have plenty of room to spread the feast. The blanket has a soft hand and comfortable surface. The style could easily fit into decor that is shabby chic to sophisticated. The off-white & natural colors in the rustic weave helped create the relaxed ambiance I had hoped to enjoy. My guest was impressed with the overall look and feel of the setting. The blanket was just the anchor that was needed to tie together the woven grass basket, the palm leaf bowls, plates, linen napkins, and bamboo mats & flatware. People who walked by commented on how beautiful the whole layout was. For sure, I made the right choice when I purchased this blanket. It is sturdy & hefty yet lightweight. I look forward to many summer picnics in the future using this beautiful blanket.

Blanket looks beautiful. Unfortunately it came with a painting spot and some pulled threads that look like the product has already been used. For the price it is okay.

Ordered several of these to help extend our entertaining outside season. Just arrived, so initial review. 1) The smell. Not a bad smell. Smells like a mass produced product, which it is — nothing foul or unkept, it’s a factory product. Wash them before use as the care guide says. Use a good detergent on cold. I always use Gain original. 2) This requires its own step. Drying. I do not use fabric softeners on towels/linens, I like the crisp-hotel feel. The care guide says no fabric softener so perfect. I dried them (set of 6) repeatedly on low for about 4 hours because of the lint. Omg the lint. Clean the lint trap every 20 min or so. If they are fully dry then just air fluff them — it’s all about getting the excess fibers out, and there are plenty. They could probably tumble another 4 hours, but the lint is minimized now and they’ll be washed again. 3) Quality/texture. To me they feel nice; it’s not a towel. The texture feels like that of an outdoor blanket to stop you from being cold while eating/drinking. Mission accomplished. I suppose they could be finished better, and some have inconsistent knitting, but these are a bargain. I care more about the warmth — which they seem to do just fine in — vs. a perfect pattern. 4) Size and function. They could be a little bigger, but I see these as perfect compliment to a cooler evening of dinner/snacks/drinks outside with a patio heater nearby to provide overall warmth. They are not meant warm you on the coldest night, but they will keep you comfortable. Overall I think these are a great value and well made. I might order another set to ensure all of our friends and family are comfortable outside during fall & winter.

It’s a good product but if you’re asthmatic I don’t recommend it. I normally wash everything before I use it, the fluff from the material was the size of my hand. I knew it straight away when all the fluff stuck to my black shirt when I opened the package.

Nice throw however it has a very strong chemical smell. I wash it and I can still smell it. Not sure what it is. They could improve that for sure.

Absolutely love this blanket! I was skeptical on the quality for the price BUT I ordered anyway & this feels amazing! Mines part of a decor piece so it won't be used. But this feels like other blankets I have that were from Urban Barn, Crate and a Barrel etc which were 4x the price. Definitely recommend!!
