We received our Shock Vitalize shockwave therapy machine in excellent condition. It was packaged very professionally with extra padding on the inside of the box. The case that the miscellaneous tools and tips come in is very solid and a nice way to keep everything organized and clean. The machine itself is very solid and well-built. It is very easy to understand the user interface, and it is a very powerful machine. In fact, if you are new to shockwave therapy, you may want to lower the bar setting to the lowest to begin with and work your way up. So far, my husband has treated his shoulder, elbow, and hip, and in just a few weeks, he has noticed better movement with less pain. We are very happy that we purchased this machine and plan on continuing to use it throughout our lifetime. Compared to other shockwave therapy machines we researched, this one comes with more treatment tips, replacement bullets, and tools than most other machines in a similar price range. Lucky for us, the machine fits nicely in our old TV swivel pull-out cabinet!

Showed up dead on arrival. The box functioned and I could hear it try to work but having had shockwave therapy before I could tell it wasn’t moving the piston. Being an aircraft mechanic I’m not afraid to tear into things. So I performed the normal maintenance that the mfg recommends but it still failed to operate properly.

I bought this for my son who has been dealing with plantar fasciitis. He had been getting shockwave treatments at the chiropractor which were helping, but the cost was adding up, so we decided to get a machine for home use. The SV-Lite came extremely well-packed, and was easy to set up. The instruction manual is clear, although a little confusing in a couple of spots, but any questions are quickly answered by the company's customer service department. The machine works well so far, lots of different settings and heads for the handle to try, so the user can find what works best for them. It seems to be helping with my son's issue, and hopefully will continue to do so. As mentioned, the company is very quick to respond to emails, usually within a day. The CS rep was knowledgeable, and willing to help as much as needed. I definitely recommend the SV-Lite if you think shockwave therapy may be beneficial for you, and want to try an at home treatment plan.

I had these treatments at my doctor’s office for $100 a pop and it took 10 treatments for full benefit…I’m getting older & always having aches and pains…so I just bought one for home, it’s already paid for itself! Very easy to use, just pick the body part and it tells you what head to use & what settings to use. If it’s too intense you can easily adjust it down. I’m a nurse practitioner, but this is so user friendly anyone could use it!

I been using this for several months now at my office. It is a bit loud, and the presets are a bit off in intensity and duration standards. Be careful when you start and get a feel from patient feedback. I wish the bar / psi had greater variability- but overall the cost benefit is good. If you are looking for an entry level tool to see if you truly want want to add this service, or a backup unit - this is a good option.

When I first received the machine that I purchased, it was defective. As soon as I registered it for the warranty, customer service reached out just to welcome me, which also gave me someone to contact once I realized it was defective. Ida in customer service was very responsive. She walked me through a couple of things to try, and had me take a short video of what the machine was doing. Within 12 hours of sending the video, she got back to me, verified that the machine was defective, and immediately started the process of replacing the machine! Less than a week later, my new machine has arrived, seems to be working well, and I’m super excited to bring it in to my office to use it on my patients! I still haven’t received the return shipping label for the defective machine, so it is sitting in my living room waiting for that. But I am very happy with the timeliness and the quality of the customer service that I’ve experienced. I will definitely recommend working with this company, and so far the people I’ve used it on have felt a significant improvement after just one session!
