Not Perfect, but okay for some
I've been wanting to play Madness for quite some time. Some songs I have managed to pick up by ear, others not - hence the reason for picking up this book.Unfortunately, I have found this book to be quite inaccurate in certain areas, but spot on in others. If you're a fan and wanting to get an idea of what some of the chord progressions look like - and feel you can work out the parts that seem so wrong, then this book is for you. If you are a beginner looking for perfect tab to assist you in playing along to Madness, stay well clear as you will be disappointed.

it's Madness but it's not gospel!
I play in a ska band and mostly its easy enough to pick up stuff by ear but some of the Madness tunes go beyond the usual 3 chords so I thought this would help. Pretty much the chord changes and vocal melodies. You won't get individual instrument parts. There are guitar chord boxes but they are just of the strum along type, not the parts on the record. There are also missing bits and innacuracies, such as showing repeat chorus when there are actually different changes on the repeat.Okay as a reference but it could have been much better.

If you read and play music & like Madness, no brainer.
It is what it is, the full voice and instrument music arrangments for all the tracks on the Divine Madness album.Enjoy.
