Not “different.” Not “subjective.” Bitter. Instead of directly posting a negative review, I mailed your support team to give feedback. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I wasn’t asking for replacement. Just feedback. The response? “We can’t help without batch number.” If you require batch numbers for every small issue, maybe start selling your protein in proper jars instead of these poorly sealed packets. Your packaging is so pathetic that most of us transfer it into other brands’ jars anyway.
