Remote Control 2.4Ghz 1/30 Scale US M4A3 Sherman RC IR Battle Tank w/Sound Lights

My 16yr old son absolutely LOVES this tank! The sound effects...turret motion...recoil when firing...ability to climb almost ANYTHING...this thing is GREAT and we look forward to getting more so we can have tank battles!!! Only complaint was that the plastic cones on the bottom were difficult to take off. SO MUCH FUN!!!

Great tank, I’ve had it for years without a problem. The only annoying thing is, the treads come off on a material like carpet. It’s an easy fix, just I would use it on a flat, hard surface. A really fun little RC tank. I recommend this.

This is all my husband wanted for Christmas. He hasn't stopped driving UT around the house. Great quality and good price. Comes assembled.

This is a toy and we must keep that in mind! Yes the tracks do come off, but there is an easy fix if you can draw in CAD and have a 3D printer. I designed track retainers that merely glue on the drive sprocket. I will print them for anyone that wants some and provide installation instructions. They keep the tracks on 90 percent better. If anyone wants them I will sell them on Ebay for $8.00 plus shipping. I will also put the STL file on Thingiverse for anyone who wants to print them theirselves. It is a cute novelty and that is the reason that I purchased it.

This was the first RC I ordered from Heng Long and I can say I'm honestly surprised with the quality. Most video reviews I have seen of this tank show very simple controls, sub par controller and very few features... The model that I recieved AMAZING! I guess it's been updated as It now has a firing recoil, dedicated cannon and machine gun button, a real controller, and speed controls on the drive wheels/turret. After a quick outside test on long grass and dirt- it preformed fairly solid with little issues maneuvering the tank. I bought this RC knowing it would have to be done- but I suggest you repaint the entire vehicle (Minus the tools) in Vallejo 'U.S. Army olive drab', because the color of plastic HL used is awful, and not very realistic, you can see a clear improvement in quality after simple repaint (I haven't weathered mine yet). As far as pros and cons are concerned, here are my findings. PROS: -For under $50, you get a small but beefy RC that has a lot of features -A good amount of details in the vehicle's mold -Weighted enough to go over longer grass without getting held up CONS: -The tracks on this tend to come off while turning quickly on uneven ground - The barrel does not elevate up and down (But that is better than listening to a machine gun every time it raises as with the old variant) Overall, I'm very happy with this tank and intend to use it as much as I can. I will defiantly be buying more HL RC's in the future!

This battle tank never worked. Unfortunately it was a gift and child's parents just discarded it. They were too embarrassed to tell me, that I gave there child a junk toy.
