Behringer VD400 Delay Pedal, White

This is an analog delay pedal and if connected before the crunchy pedals gives the sound a nice tape delay without adding noise. It starts to induce noise heavily when most pedals cross 75% level with a shrill. This can be used with control over knobs to give a sci-fi effect and can be reset easily with the knobs reduced to lower values. The only trouble is getting that 'slap back' delay is not easy. It depends upon the tempo of playing and this delay needs to be calculated according to that tempo. Trial and error is needed but there is a headache if tempo crosses certain value, this 'slap back' delay will not be induced at all! Ok product for seasoned players with technical knowledge only not for beginners.

Behringer products are always good. But it is without adaptor. We have to work with battery. Accurate adaptors not available anywhere.

This is a great product but as my taste has developed I prefer longer delays and this doesn't have that much. For slapback it sound great and will Defo give you that 60s slapback echo tone. Also sounds great as an analog delay with tones of character but I kinda wish it had a longer delay time. If you want that slapback tone and that analog character and don't care about longer delays definitely get this as it offers killer sound at a great price.

Value for money, If you have a good operative skill, it will give a good result.

Excellent delay, didn't sound harsh or too bright , tried with acoustic guitar.

I bought this effects pedal with a lot of expectation. However, after checking out with my guitar and a few of my friend's guitars, I found out that the pedal has a nonstop humming sound. I tried with 9volt battery as well as with electric power but the issue never seems to be resolved. Amazon doesn't accept refund hence I have no there choice but keep it for a show in my room. Best cheapest delay pedal ever

Great analogue delay at budget prices. Sounds just like the og.

This delay pedal is quiet, adjustable and has a great delay that adds texture to your sound. Just as good as many others out there for a great price. In my experience, this pedal has less noise than some others, indicating good circuit design. Yes, it is made of plastic, so it may not be the tool for that hard core touring or bar-hopping musician. For the rest of us, it is a 5 star product.
