It's good, don't get me wrong and it has a time and place, but Kerrygold is on a whole different level. It's revitalized simple buttered toast for me. It's rich in flavor, perfectly salty, spreads easily across the toast. It's now my go to butter of choice for just about anything. I have attempted to bake with it yet, but soon enough I'll give it a try if I can stop eating just buttered toast. I do like the size because it's the equivalent of two sticks of butter in one pack, but it does mean that if you want it in your traditional butter tray, you're probably going to have to cut it in half the long way. I know.... So much work cutting through delicious butter, but it's worth it. Top quality butter is worth it when you taste that rich flavor.

I love Kerry gold butter. It is perfect for toast. It is very firm when refrigerated, but soften ups nicely at room temp. It adds a wonderful butter flavor.
