Good Omega 3 formula
Really great Omega 3s. Noticed a difference the 2d day after I started taking them. Bit pricey for the amount you get, though. They're easy to swallow, too.

Smelly, But Good
I like to pair this item with a cordyceps + mushroom blend. I actually got this specifically to do this, and I was right; combining the to has helped me quite a bit. I will admit that the smell is very,,, intense even for something I've had around as long as this item (it's like opening a back of potato chips). But since the taste isn't bad in comparison, I think it's fine it doesn't last long anyway. Just a short blast of funk. Since a serving is 3 capsules, and they are kind of medium-ish sized, they are not a terrible gulp-down but they can be if you try that all at once. Anyway, I also checked to make sure that the information on this listing and on the actual products match and they do. The product freshenss seal was also intact as well as the manufacturer's information, batch details and expeiration date. I think this supplement is pricey but I've yet to find one like it that competes with what's in it in terms of price.

Studies on Lysoveta show it helps a variety of eye and brain issues. My wife and I both have started taking it. It has no taste that we note. This is a good value for Omega-3s that target your brain.
