Got it because It was written that it provides ENC and ANC , tested it by having phone calls in a mall and it was the worst headset I ever tried , I can hear everything around me and people on the other side of the call can hear everything around me! Highly not recommended! I used the software to check if it needs a firmware upgrade or a settings modification but nothing needs to be enabled, its just a bad device
