Well-made product that works as intended. I was satisfied with the size and its quality. Would buy again.

Based upon reviews, I ordered the 3 tier, 16 x 10 Cookie Cooling Wire Rack (Stackable) set in black. The set arrived on time and packed tightly in the amazon shipping box. -- That being said, the product packaging box was torn and open, the inner wrap was crumpled in a ball at one end of box and all three racks were damaged; warped and bowed in the center, bent ends and legs that would not stand nor "stack". Obviously a return that should have never been put back into inventory; which sadly, happens more often than it should. Frustrating and a waste of time all the way around. --- THREE stars for the product itself, as the set just isn't all that great. It's basically a set of mini oven racks with foldable legs that sit on top of another. They do not actually “connect” to each other, which I would find a bit challenging in a busy kitchen. One bump and it’s all she wrote for whatever is on the upper tiers. Personal preference here, but in my honest opinion, there simply is not enough support for soft, warm cookies ... especially smaller, delicate cookies. I prefer a smaller, grid pattern in lieu of the "oven rack" rungs, which tend to leave heavy lines on the bottom of cookies. I didn't look close enough at the photo so that is on me; but something to think about before purchasing if using for cookies. Build quality is just ok, as the welded ends are a bit rough and the black finish feels more like spray paint than actual teflon coating. The entire rack system feels flimsy compared to other stackable racks I have had; so with that and the fact the legs don’t actually attach in any way, I was left feeling disappointed. For some, these racks may be just what they're looking for, to each their own. For me, it's a hard no and the set was returned. Hopefully, this time they RTV instead of putting it back on the shelf.

I got these because I have a very small kitchen, and was tired of putting racks on the stove or shuffling them around to make room for other things. The clearance between each layer is plenty to put pretty much anything on each rack. They also clean really well. I've done both bakes and set cooked food on these to cool, and in both cases it all came off easily. My only complaints would be that it can feel a little wobbly if you're putting light things on it, but it's not going to fall over, just maybe put the heaviest stuff on the bottom layer.
