Really well made lock. I was disappointed because I thought it was polished chrome. It just said 'silver' in the write up and the picture looked shiny. My fault really, but the advert could've been clearer. Otherwise, it's a solidly made, brushed chrome handle with all the quality you'd expect from Yale. One other note to add - this comes unboxed, so there are no instructions. It's simple enough to fit, but if you're inexperienced. You might struggle without a fitting guide.

Nice item, Yale is a quality brand, reasonably priced, a doddle to fit and looks more robust in design than the item I have replaced.

I spent a while looking for a replacement handle for what I thought was a standard size. This Yale lock was one of two that appeared to fit the bill, the other being Avocet. I think Avocet is a good brand, but Yale is better. This cost almost twice as much as the Avocet item but was available for next day delivery whereas the other one would have taken around a week. I think it was worth it. It fit together really solidly, looks great on the door (better than the original) and operates smoothly. Really pleased with the result!

These handles were a little more expensive than some, but well worth it. More robust than the ones I removed and they simply exude quality. They were a little more trouble to fit than expected, as the tapered studs were slightly too large for the locating holes in the UPVC door, so I used a tapered drill to gradually open up the holes until I achieved a good fit. This was most likely a problem unique to my door. Anyway, the handles look brilliant, work well and I am very pleased with them.

Sent used/opened Yale handle, it looked fine so did not bother to send back, package it came in (not Amazon box) had been torn open and then wrapped in another bag, contents of original packet was located in different locations of the bag and box, lucky all the bits where there, overall handle is nice but would not buy from this company again.

Installed easily. Sooh much better than messing around with keys. Snags: The instructions for the APP and connectivity are amazingly vague; be prepared to guess a lot but it all works out in the end It's not clear what all the various communications options do. Eventually went for the wifi bridge and that works fine, but oh so hard to make the decision. And yes, it's expensive, too expensive, but well engineered. Just shockingly bad support documentation.

I bought that product before and I never had any problems with it so I ordered again to replace other old handle.
