Had an offset to the hanger that made it not fit properly. Had to twist it to get it to fit within the center of the coffer dam inside the tank.

The shape of the frame is different than OEM. The steel line to the fuel pump is bent at the wrong angle and is too physically short to reach with the original length submersible fuel hose. The bolt holes don't remotely line up with the fuel tank. The external steel tubing orientation is also different than OEM and the original flexible fuel line that connects to the high pressure side is physically not long enough and is oriented in the wrong direction. I don't know what part this is for but it sure doesn't work on a 1994 Toyota Pickup like they claimed it would.
