Great gelatin sheets. They are a bit pricey BUT in my opinion well worth it. They are pretty easy to use and work really well.

Wanted to make an island cake and was told to use sheets of jello instead of the powdered stuff because it would set clearer. It turned out great but there wasnt really and instruction on how to use it so i had to experiment a bit. I used 40 sheets with 6 cups of water to get the firmness that i needed. Its unflavored so i added about 6 tablespoons of sugar with some flavor oil but probably could have added more. Its a starting point if your trying to do the same.

Haven;t used yet. I am giving 2 stars because I don't like when an image is showing 5 package when selecting 100 sheets for the price point but only one very small package arrives that makes me question if I actually received 100 sheet despite the packaging say so.

I like to use these for mousse cakes. I make these when I want to bring a cake for a party or friends birthday. I tried using gelatin powder but I just hate the smell of it. So I ended up going back to these gelatin sheets. It's more expensive than the powder but it gives better result. It doesn't have a funny smell and it also made the cake soooo sooo smooth. So if you do a lot of mousse, getting the larger package will be less expensive. That's why I got the 100 sheets package.
