This 8 Pack of firm sponge sanding blocks is a great value for many sanding purposes. I have used them on rubber and wood and I even used them to remove a bit of paint from steel. The spong-like material that constitutes the sanding block is firm and durable. The sandpaper element is also durable. Some hard/deep sanding tasks require a hard sanding block, but, for most tasks, these firm-sponge blocks are superior. I am more than satisfied with this useful product. One purchase of this 8 Pack and you will be properly equipped for lots of comfortable, efficient, hand-sanding.

Nice sponges. Work well for sanding 3d prints

They’re a bit stiff and abrasive, and mine made a squeaking noise that reminded me of nails on a chalkboard 🙃—but they definitely get the job done if you’re looking for “one-and-done” style sanders. They work well, just don’t expect the durability or soft cushion feel you’d get from larger name-brand options. They’re slightly small and boxy, but still easy to handle and hold up fine for a few uses.

I used these the very first night on a project I was working on, and my initial impression was they are skinnier but not smaller, than my other ones I bought from the dollar store that I've had for years, but they are better quality, I hope they hold up well. Also I really like that they are labeled with what grip by color code, I actually never knew the grit of my old ones, such a nice simple feature!

Like the variety of coarseness, easy to use. Didn’t fall apart quickly. I was able to rinse them easily to continue use.

Great for price. I thought they were junk when I opened the box but these little things work great on sheetrock mud. The grip is solid but soft. I will definitely order more of these.

I have been teaching my son and wife about wood working and having these color coded and labelled sanding blocks made the task so much easier for them. I also have been using the second set for my own projects and these things have held up great over the past few months. They are durable and easy to clean and make sanding easier for this old man.

THESE PADS DESPITE THE PHOTOS SHOWING WIDER PADS ARE ONLY 5/16 OF AN INCH. IF YOU ARE USED TO THE 1 INCH VARIETY THESE ARE NOT AS THICK. THAT SAID THEY WORK EVEN BETTR IN TIGHT SPOTS.

They are way more thin than they look. For comparison; in the photo is (left to right) a sand block from Home Depot, a sand block from a different company on Amazon, and this sand block. As you can see this sand block is about half as thick as competitors on Amazon (which was about the same price). Edit: despite being super thin, they’re pretty tough and don’t bend. Also they outlasted all my other ones. I’m changing my review to 5 stars.

I bought these to sand the edges of some live edge and they worked surprisingly well for the cost. They lasted longer than expected and did a great job.
