Malware from overseas from Manufacturer
Tools & program came from overseas and when the product finally arrived, I tried to install the tools and programs on my laptop, my virus program wouldn't let install it due to the fact there was malware on it. I am needing to return this product back to the manufacturer and get my money back. I don't recommend this product if it has malware that can harm your computer.

Purchased waited a month to receive it, everything looked nice well packaged laptop booted up as intended however it won’t interface with any of the cat machines we have it says no ecm found. So does it work? No idea, maybe I did something wrong? The people who sell these don’t make it easy to get ahold of them.
