I have COPD and it has definitely improved since taking these. Not so much the mucus in my chest. I noticed a difference in around 3 days. I will keep taking these.

Good quality supplements but no notable benefits so far…
These are average size capsules. They are good quality with no residue in the packet. The packing is very nice and easy to store. They don’t have any particular taste or smell that I’ve noticed. I’ve been taking these a couple of weeks - as a smoker I was hoping to see some benefits regarding the potential for detox. However, so far I haven’t noticed any difference… but with the pollen count being so high it might be difficult to tell. I’ll continue taking them and update this review if any benefits should become noticeable.
