didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but this thing is honestly amazing. The built-in camera makes such a huge difference—you can actually see exactly what you’re doing in real time, which makes the whole process feel way safer and more precise. It connects easily to your phone and the image quality is super clear, so there’s no guessing at all. The design is really well thought out too. The tip is soft and comfortable, and the flexible camera makes it easy to maneuver without feeling like you’re going to hurt yourself. It comes with different attachments depending on what you need, and everything feels high quality and easy to clean. The only thing i wished had some instruction was the tweezers. I dont think they clamp down but other than that, its great. I’ve used other ear cleaning tools before, but nothing compares to this. It’s oddly satisfying to use and actually works. Definitely worth it if you want something effective, safe, and kind of cool to use. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my second Bebird ear camera. The first one was purchased directly from Bebirdmall back in early 2021 and was X17 Pro model. It lasted over 4 years with frequent use and lots of travel before the camera image began to deteriorate and it was time for another. This time I purchased a newer version model R37R with some extras and I have to say, once again I am impressed. The image quality for something so small is remarkable. I have heavy ear wax production and it's often very dry so that ability to see so clearly and effectively to remove the blockages is fantastic. I think these are a great product, especially for those that struggle with heavy wax production issues. This model also came with extra fittings that would allow it to be converted to a tongue depressor with the ability to see tonsils or tooth related issues easily. I highly recommend. Now at the same time I ordered an ear wax vacuum removal tool which was ineffective and is going back, but the Bebird ear cameras will be part of my health kit for sure. Portable: This one comes with a very nice travel case, although some of the larger accessories aren't designed to go into the travel case so you still end up with having to find a home for other attachments. But if you're just traveling whittle ear camera and the small spoon, drag and tweezer attachments it all fits in the travel case nicely. Ease of use: Remove the unit, power it on and search for its wifi signal and connect. It's that easy with the app to get started. The App only has 3-stars on App Store but to be honest I think it works quite well. My only comment on the app is I prefer to use the camera setting for the Left Ear when I am actually work in the right ear. The picture orientation works better for me that way. Otherwise I consider it to be great as well.

This is really cool but honestly just get a cheaper one without all the attachments. This works great. It connects easily to the app on your phone. It works as advertised. You can see inside your ears. The standard attachment works pretty well for cleaning things out. I never find myself using any of the other attachments or bending the top. Just get a cheaper one.

Good well and easy to use. The picture is clear and the setup was simple. I like that it comes with different accessories. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

This thing is awesome . Can record and take photos while using it..keep in mind it also records audio. So remove the audio before uploading any footage. Saved my parents a trip to the ear doctor

This is truly the greatest thing since sliced bread in the cleaning your ears/getting wax out category! Like most of the other reviews, this gives you a clear picture on your phone of the inside of your ear, shows where the problem areas are and provides a clear picture to allow safe and accurate removal of wax. It works great--until it doesn't. I bought mine in August 2025 and by December 2025, the light would not come on at all. I contacted customer service several times and after 35 days I got a response to recharge it--just an email that said "charge battery"--no more, no less. We tried that at first and it was fully charged and would sync with phone, but no camera light. No further response from CS despite additional request for service--they went dark like the camera light. It is a great idea but if I am going to pay $50 for a product, I want it to last more than 4 months.

I have used this device without hassle multiple times . It makes cleaning easier , better and smooth . Connects to the device promptly. Gives a clear picture of the inside maintaining the caution of course as it’s the most sensitive area to go wrong with . Good for people ear wax accumulation.

I had previously used this brand for the Ear Cleaner with camera and light and it was fantastic, especially when trying to clean my kids ears. I can see the obstruction and get it out quickly and check if my kids have any inflammation. This is my second time buying from this brand which I think it is good quality. Great packing too!
