this product is amazing!! it is so easy to use and clean after use. it cooks a pizza perfectly in 20 minutes! its great for a house divided on toppings. you can do multiple pizzas back to back or half and half pizzas. it's also great for a quick quesadillas or omelet. and it stores perfectly under my stove. i love this thing!

So far this pizza maker is amazing for the price! No bells and whistles! Simple, just plug in, heat up, cook and unplug. That's it! I make my own pizza dough and sauce. I was looking for a pizza maker however they are many that are just too expensive for my occasional pizza crave ( more often than none) After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase the Betty Crocker Pizza Oven...Let me tell you, I whipped a quick dough and sauce and put it through the test. The 2 pizza's I made came out delicious, the crust was tastier than most pizza's places. The only issue is trying to transfer the dough onto the hot plate. I tried and failed and re-kneeded the dough again. Therefore, I just stretched the dough on the oven itself after it cooled down some. Pizza, requires a preheated oven, so I wasn't sure how it was gonna pan out.( I will be ordering a pizza board to transfer my pizza onto the pizza oven) Even though the oven wasn't as hot as it needed to be the crust came out magnificent! Cant believe such an expensive and simple appliance did such a great job! I don't worry about burning the cheese because I always add the cheese after the pizza has cooked or while it's just resting afterwards- it melts just fine without burning. I didn't have any shredded mozzarella but used slices of cheese when I tried the pizza oven. It also makes great bacon and over easy eggs. I'm sure sandwiches will come delicious as well. My thoughts, you won't be disappointed with this little oven. It does get hot when you open the lid though. Beware of the steam, it can burn you. Definitely use a mitten.. Thank you Betty Crocker and Amazon for having such an affordable pizza oven. I will be purchasing a second one to hurry along pizza night.

I have had this product for a year now and it has been perfect for me to use when I don't want to use my oven. (My kitchen is too small for a toaster oven.) There's no lengthy preheating involved and the cook time is considerably shorter than cooking in the oven, thus saving utilities. I simply plug it in, put in a 12" parchment baking liner (use and toss afterwards, no cleaning needed), wait two minutes or so for the green light, and put in the food. I need to observe the food to see when it's done, since the time is shorter than if using an oven. But once I learn the cook time for a food item, I can rely upon that time consistently. When I bought this I wasn't so much interested in cooking pizzas exclusively, but wanted to also cook frozen french fries, onion rings, cookies, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, Jamaican beef patties, and the like. I can say that all of those items I have cooked regularly over the past year and they have come out delicious (and the pizza actually tastes better than oven baked). In my experience pizza and cookies cook best when rotated occasionally (I just rotate clockwise the parchment liner using tongs), and fries and such need to be flipped over. As far as quality, this unit is in as good shape as new one year out. I'm happy to be able to pull this out, make a quick meal, and tuck it away again...no cleaning, no fuss. I find this to be a very useful kitchen appliance and pizza is just one potential food item of many that this is perfect for preparing quickly, deliciously, and conveniently.

It’s a nice machine, but the top and bottom heat unevenly

Loved this product! Our oven went out unexpectedly the day before pizza night (Friday nights) so I saw this Betty Crocker pizza maker & it arrived just in time to continue with our family Friday pizza night! We already had several frozen personal size pizzas & this worked out great! It heats up quickly & cooks evenly. It came with this very nice looking zip up storage cover.

So tonight I was talking with an Internet friend about pizza and I mentioned this product and how much I love it. I looked back at my order history and found that I bought mine in 2019. That’s almost six years of use for an item that is still (at time of writing this) under forty dollars! We primarily use it for pizza, and it does best with thinner crusts. Is it great for every type of pizza? No. Of course, the square ones don’t fit (check the pizza box carefully before you buy). And in my experience, it doesn’t perform as well with deeper crusts. HOWEVER, for a round, thinner crust pizza, THIS GADGET KILLS IT. I’ve yet to see a pizza come out of any oven that is so evenly browned and crispy. We will never go back to using a regular oven to make pizzas; THIS GADGET IS THE REAL THING. Now, since we’ve owned and used it for over six years, we’ve found that it does take longer to heat up and also struggles a bit to maintain the “green light” temperature. Also, it has a very short cord (I’m sure for safety but it’s really short and an occasional inconvenience) AND the unit gets very hot to the touch, but I just drape kitchen towels over it (which keep people from bumping into hot surfaces, and keeps the heat inside the unit). But even with those few signs of aging, it still delivers an awesomely crispy, melty, evenly cooked pizza, and it elevates the cheapest of pizzas. We just made one last night, a basic Red Baron Classic Crust that I picked up on the fly from a dollar store. THIS COOKER MADE THAT PIZZA SEEM SPECIAL as it does for any pizza we have made in it. Now, I am off to read the reviews here looking for ideas on what else I can use this terrific thing for. (For anyone interested, our only cleaning of this is to wipe both surfaces well with a paper towel and cooking oil, olive or avocado is what we use…just a simple wipe after and before use is all it needs). TLDR; I’ve used this for several years and it’s worth it, buy this item!

Surprisingly handy little appliance! I picked this up for travel and quick breakfasts, and it’s been perfect — compact, lightweight, and easy to clean. Heats up fast and cooks evenly every time. It doesn’t take much space, so it’s great for small apartments, dorms, or RVs. The cord wraps neatly underneath, which makes it easy to pack or store. 🍳 Overall: Simple, reliable, and ideal for quick meals on the go. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants convenience without sacrificing quality.

It is designed to work on 110 volts and not on 210-220 volts. Not usable in India.

Una excelente inversión, hacer pizza nunca fue tan sencillo, cocina la masa de manera casi instantánea, es súper rápido gracia a las temperaturas que alcanza. La haría de su misma marca para hacer pizza es excelente con este equipo, en 15min maximo ya estarías comiendo una pizza de salchicha y jamón.
