Bought in excellent condition, no scratches or cracks and has a 100% battery life! It came with a charger and was definitely the quality i was hoping it would arrive in! i’ve been using the phone for about a week and have had no problems at all!:) definitely like new 😁 This was definitely worth the buy! I even had some problems with amazon while trying to buy it because my payment wasn’t going through even though i had funds on the card. the merchant was literally 100% more helpful than amazon was and he helped me figure out a solution to my problem! 10/10 on the merchant as well. i would definitely buy another from from him in the future!

This phone arrived early and was in excellent condition. The phone had no defects or scratches whatsoever, and included what appeared to be a new charging block and cord. It operated perfectly, but as I was setting it up I realized that I ordered the wrong model. This one has the smaller screen and I absolutely need a larger screen to see better, and with more room for my fumbling fingers when texting so I don’t tap the wrong keys. I meant to get the 16 Plus. I erased the data and returned this phone. Assuming the return goes smoothly, and based on the excellent condition of this phone, I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this seller.

It really was worth the money!!! Honestly I’m am very happy that I got to get this for my cousin. Her first iPhone 16 and she really likes and enjoys her phone and once I turn it on everything looked good and excellent condition and definitely not even one scratch or corner scratches as well! Even checked the iPhones imei and no issues at all. Once again as a legit and honest reviewer, if your looking to buy a new and excellent condition refurbished iPhone its value for money! Great phone, only problem if I could give it one was a slight scratch on the screen, but it is almost invisible unless you look for it. Very durable, the charger is great, great value for money, looks nice, sound quality is good, and unlocks easily.

Please read: Bought the phone, excellent quality but after about two weeks it just stopped working service wise. No calls, no texts or sending or calling. Frustrated, I reached out to the seller and they were pretty quick on the response and asked for the imei number, they also let me know they get these phones from auction and sometimes the carrier forgets to remove the imei number off of the system which flags the device as either stolen or not paid off. They told me they would reach out in 24 hours to get it resolved and they did. My daughter got home from school, restarted it, turned the WiFi on and it worked instantly. Don’t just jump to they sold you a bad phone, sometimes it’s not the sellers fault and this 100% wasn’t. Glad they got it resolved and she’s very happy with the phone.
