Arrived loosely packed in a black plastic bag without any indication of provenance. Not fit for use by humans. Whatever the company used for adhesive eges made my skin sting so badly I had to take them off after an hour. The adhesive also stuck so tightly in parts I had to tear it off which left my skin red and sore skin. I note the company that sells these patches also manufactures window sealing tape. Maybe it's the same stuff that they put on their castor oil patches.

These plasters help when using castor oil poultices, except when I used it for my neck the oil was dripping out of the plaster

Reviews are right. Awful product. Oil does not absorb as the patch is made of thin plasticky layer. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Painful taking them off

I am really impressed by these castor oil pads. They are like an extra large plaster, but instead of having a matted area which goes over the wound, these have a raised area around a metal paper inner. My husband has used these for five nights straight, and we used several spoonfuls of castor oil, what I did was put the castor oil on the Metal swell it around a bit it is thick so it does take a bit of doing and then I applied it to his sides. It was relatively easy to take off in the morning and there was no seepage the castor oil had been absorbed by his body. Only when I put the pad on his tummy did the castor oil leak, we competed that by making sure he wore an old T-shirt. However, the leakage was not a great amount. I like these because of how easy and quick they are to use they are discreet under the clothing they are easy to put on, easy to take off, and you get 20 in a pack so that means 20 days worth which is very good value.

No cotton to add the castor oil I try and used it it leaks I should have a refund! Terrible seller
