This is a carbonated flavored drink with sugar, and the claims about Zam Zam water are extremely misleading. The amount of Zam Zam water in this drink is reportedly less than 2 milliliters, yet they advertise it as if the entire drink is made from Zam Zam water. It's important to note that the Saudi government strictly prohibits the export or commercial use of Zam Zam water without their approval. It seems like the manufacturers might have simply purchased Zam Zam water online, extracted a tiny amount, and added it to their drink for marketing purposes. This is false advertising at its core. Beyond the misleading claims, the drink itself is just another sugary, carbonated beverage similar to many others on the market. It’s not a "magic" or "healthy" drink as the branding might suggest. The taste is okay, but it’s not worth the hype or the dishonesty behind its marketing. Save your money and avoid supporting misleading products like this one.
