The product worked fine for two months before it stopped zapping flies. After that, I sent an email to customer service, not really expecting a response like many other new brands on amazon would. However, I was pleasantly surprised to get a response and a replacement unit shipped out the second day. The CS department works more efficient than many Canadian brands. Would highly recommend.

It kills bugs. Got this for a cabin in Northern Ontario, put it in the bedroom because we got sick of waking up covered in mosquito bites. It is brighter than we anticipated, the room is kind of like a fishtank now but we can both sleep just fine. The zap noise isn't too bad unless it's something big the noise can be loud enough to wake you up. The bugs up here are pretty bad right now so it stays.
