FIVE STARS, PLUS! I was inspired to use the Quint Essentials 3.3 Seawater Electrolyte Liquid mineral supplement after reading an overview in a newsletter I had received some time ago, which was authored by a highly respected physician. I've been taking the Quint Essentials on an empty stomach consistently for nearly 3 weeks. The first week, I took 2 packets each morning so they disappeared quickly. Now I'm alternating the dosage: 1 packet in a.m., and 2 packets in a.m. next day, etc. My work is quite physical and I usually get such intense back pain, from Osteoporosis, throughout the duration of my work day that I have to wear a back support and even then it doesn't diminish the back pain very much. So, in order to get through my work day, I usually take a Prescription 500 mg. Naproxin which helps take the edge off the intense pain. However, today, for the first time in years, I was able to fulfill my work assignment completely PAIN FREE and without the back support belt and without medication. This is totally amazing! It's definitely a God Thing and I'm so grateful. Hope this review is of encouragement for others who may have similar issues.

This is a nice product to use after a hard day working outside. This has helped me get my electrolytes replenished.

This is apparently primarily helpful to those who exercise strenuously/ perspire profusely. I essentially don’t exercise and may have felt a little bit better but nothing remarkable. The idea of getting trace minerals in an healthy, way otherwise difficult to obtain appealed to me.

this thing is great for if you are dehydrated. My wife has a lot of health issues and gets dehydrated easily, and this things is a quick way to replenish your minerals. You can tell if you need it if it doesnt taste too salty, and if it does then you probably dont need. My wife would take two or three and once they "feel" too salty, then she knows she's replenished. This is great especially if you're drinking mostly reverse osmosis water as that gets rid of minerals also.
