Found this very useful after dislocating little finger. Could progress to the stiffer pots. Has really helped with improving use of finger. Before buying thought it was expensive but well worth it.

I ordered this after a broken arm on the advice of the hospital physio, I wasn't sure what strength I needed so I thought a multipack would be a good idea. I started with the yellow and after a few days progressed to the red, the blue and green are still a little tough to use but I'm sure I'll get there.... I initially thought the pot size was really small and I'd need to buy a bigger pot of the right strength, but I've managed fine so far, but a little larger pot size would be better for grip strength techniques this is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Each pot is 57g and I'd say 80g would be ideal. I'll try combining two pots and see what happens!

Great product for rebuilding strength to your hand.

Good quality and just the right amount per pot. Currently on yellow pot, 2nd strength (x-soft) doing physio. 5th strength is Firm (blue), should have been green as it is that firm, you might have grip like the hulk afterwards. Daughter keeps wanting to play with them!!!

Every was alright

Using this for physiotherapy after breaking my hand in 2 places. Physio told me recovery could take up to a year which was a bit of a shocker but these great pieces of quality putty with different resistance should really help. I’m starting on the xxsoft.🤞 my hands function and strength will improve slowly but steadily. I would highly recommend but make sure an expert is consulted prior to starting.

Compre varios pack de 5 juntado aproximadamente entre ellas 200 gramos cada una por separado ordenándolas; la cantidad ideal para hacer la rehabilitación de la mano, se nota cuando vas progresando que cuesta mas usarlas de un color a otro, muy contento. Además compre unos tarros de plástico transparente para almacenar cada una por separado y listo. En comparación con otra marca esta te sale mas económica.

Besonders beeindruckend finde ich, dass sie in verschiedenen Festigkeiten erhältlich ist. Wir haben uns zunächst für die weichere Variante entschieden, die wunderbar geeignet ist, um ohne großen Kraftaufwand Übungen zu machen. Aber auch die härtere Festigkeit fand ich persönlich sehr spannend und ansprechend – sie fordert die Muskulatur deutlich mehr. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Diese Knete ist ideal für die Rehabilitation, beispielsweise nach Sportverletzungen am Finger. Sie unterstützt sowohl die Kräftigung als auch die Beweglichkeit der Hand. Die Qualität ist hervorragend, sie hinterlässt keine Rückstände und ist vielseitig einsetzbar – ob in der Therapie, zur Förderung der Feinmotorik oder einfach zum Stressabbau. Eine sehr, sehr tolle Angelegenheit, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!
