This is the best you can get if your budget is low, battery life is good, vibration is good, quality is pretty good it feels comfy to hold, I haven't seen any issues with Functionality either, it's been a week since I've got this, triggera are smooth as butter. An absolute 9/10 for me...

I purchased the GP365 Pro controller, but unfortunately it does not charge at all, even after trying multiple cables and chargers. The product seems defective out of the box. What’s worse is the warranty claim process. I tried submitting a warranty request on the Acro portal, but every time I upload the invoice and product images, the website shows an error and the claim cannot be submitted. Because of this technical issue, there is no proper support. Overall, very disappointing experience with both the product quality and after-sales service. I would not recommend this controller to anyone. Please improve quality control and customer support.

It's very amazing product but I face some issues with this product and company. 1. Warranty registration not working 2. Really battery life is very good i use 1 week for a single charge 3. Some game is not working. 4. I face some time this connection is breaking. But overall this product is very amazing for this price range

I bought this controller for ₹1000, and this is my first ever controller. The packaging was neat, and the controller works well in both dongle (wireless) and wired modes. There’s no noticeable latency, at least for story-mode games. The vibration motors also work perfectly during driving, shooting, and other gameplay moments (tested on my Asus ROG Strix G16 laptop). So far, my first impression is great — it feels totally worth the price. I’ll update this review if I encounter any issues later.

The left analog stick is defective. It does not go all the way to the right and down. There is no option to return or replace. The controller feels empty from the inside. Redgear controller is much better than this Edit: After 2 days, the right analog stick has developed a MAJOR stick drift. Its like the stick is stuck on the up position Edit 2: Registered for RMA and the claim got accepted. The bluedart executive came and picked up the item. The bluedart tracking and ANT Esports website confirmed that the item has reached the facility. I received a mail saying the RMAed item has been shipped to me. Its been more than a week and still no delivery

This is the best budget Controller in the market. I feel like I have received some kind of prototype of the same controller. This is an exact cheap replica of the Xbox Controller, has those grip at the back as well. I charged it for around 2 hours after unpacking after that I've used it for more than 20hrs and still on going. I've finished the whole game - dark sector with this controller, plus i use it to play Genshin and Wuthering. it was on sale for 1099, so it was a best deal for me. I must say this controller is also better than the Evo Fox Elite controller.

I got a issue with charging. It doesn't on untill I connect it to the charger.
