A good multi!
Someone suggested this as an excellent multi - it’s been a great addition to my daily supplements. It does turn my urine bright yellow? But I think it has given a definite boost to my overall health.

I’ve been taking Omnium vitamins over 25 years and in doing so my blood work is always very very good

The only vitamin where I actually feel better.
I don't swallow pills easily and these are big. So I give them one bite, that is how I know the taste is bad. I also only take one vs the recommended two. Still, it is the only vitamin that seems to have an effect. It gives me a lot of energy. Like how caffeine boosts other folks. But I don't drink caffeine.

Buscaba algo más que un vitaminico al uso, confio en la casa SOLGAR y OMNIUM es de lo mejor en cuanto composición además de vitaminas del grupo B , D y hierro cuenta con otros componentes muy interesantes. Se notan pronto los resutados, cómodo de tomar. Lo único que creo debería de advertir que cambia la coloración de la orina. ( por el exceso de vitaminas que se excreta en la misma).

So I've failed blood tests for years due to liver damage from prescription medication which I was told by the nhs that unfortunately my liver is scarred and that's just how it will always be. I had been taking these as well as extra vit d, magnesium and cod liver oil, for about 18 months, had a recent blood test, all results in the green for the first time in years. The only change I made was these vitamins and other additional supplements. So based on that I'm super happy with the results and my doc is surprised!

The product is great and I thought the price was too in comparison to buying it on the high street. I bought 3 products on the day and this one was the last one to arrive however I had no rush to receive them any quicker. I would recommend these guys anytime.
