BBL in a jar?
So is this a BBL in a jar? NO. Please do not buy if you think this is going to get you a plump booty without working out. However, I do think the marketing is cute, it definitely grabs your attention and your eye. What Creatine does is support muscle growth and recovery for those who are working out which is good especially if you are trying to build muscle. I already take alot of meds so I prefer to take supplements with patches and as a gummy. So for me the fact that this comes in a mild flavored gummy that I can take without feeling like I am taking ALOT of meds is great. Is this chewy like a gummy bear ? NO it is more gelatinous and chewy than a typical gummy so this may not be for the GWORLZ who wear removable dentures or have loose teeth. All in all it is a great gummy to try and add to your routine of supplements if you want to build muscle! Just don't forget the exercise!

Pretty yummy gummy
These taste pretty good for a supplement. Not amazing but definitely not the worst creatine I have tried. This is an easy way to take creatine if you don't want to add it to a beverage. My only complaint is that the serving is 5 gummies, which is quite a lot.

Seem to be good quality Creatine supplements.
I always seek gummies for my supplements, since supplements work best if you take them consistently. It's much easier to be consistent if you are looking forward to them for the day. These gummies are a typical bear shape in a nice short easy to stack and easy to use jar.The flavor is very mild, almost unsweetened with a pronounced grainy texture that eventually melts away without leaving any lingering particles in your mouth. The flavor is not candy like at all, it feels more like a bit of peach if it were not really sweet. Not unpleasant, and has no off tastes. If you are purchasing this with some particular expectation of results (without knowing anything about creatine itself) you will be disappointed. These supplements do not have any ability to target any particular part of your body. Look up creatine supplements for men and you will find the same ingredients with black labels and no claims of booty enhancement to be seen. I am knocking off two stars due to the deceptive marketing that is pretty much poaching hopeful women.Do these work as intended? Yes, they are creatine supplements. Taking them on their own will do nothing toward your goals. The reality if that the exercises you do are doing all the work, these just enhance the effect and help with muscle recovery and therefore gain. The supplement doesn't know the difference between a mans arm or a woman's butt though. Don't pay extra for the marketing. Look for the supplement you need and find what you think is the best quality for the price. The peach butt icon is cute though, and I don't see anything wrong with the product and labeling. With the exception of "Powerful gummies for powerful women" (Which is in quotes specifically so it carries no legal weight), most of the predatory advertisement is on the product page.

Can’t wait to see the results
The only thing I can say about the gummies is that I wish it had more flavor. Everything else is amazing and I can’t wait to see the results.

Better than powder
I get the gummies because I put collagen in my coffee and I’m out of hot beverages to mix stuff in. I also prefer a gummy. These are ok tasting, it’s watermelon flavored gummy. The jar says to take 5 a day, you certainly don’t need to take 5. They are 1mg each and the max recommended does for women is 2 a day so I take two because I don’t want any of the adverse side effects but I do want the benefits.I suggest doing your research to see how many is your recommended dose before taking five a day otherwise this is a good gummy supplement for creatine.

A convenient format for supplementation, but perhaps a costly habit
I've been supplementing creatine for years, and there are several reasons why you should supplement creatine. It's pretty much the only workout supplement that has results backed by numerous scientific studies, and it's virtually impossible to actually obtain useful amounts of creatine through methods that don't involve supplementation.Moving on to the Booty Gummies- they're in a gummy form which caters to those who are looking for a convenient way to take their supplements. Creatine supplementation is usually, in my experience, done with mixing a scoop or two of powder into a shaker bottle or blender with water (or other liquid). Obviously eating a gummy is easier than dealing with the labor involved with scooping, shaking, and cleaning your bottle- but are you getting enough creatine in just one little gummy bear? No. That's why the recommended serving on the bottle is five gummies. So, you might be going through these quickly if you're taking them daily (which you should be, if you're supplementing creatine). That means costs could add up quickly, because there is no more economical way to take creatine than scooping powder. The gummies themselves are not exactly what you'd expect- they're much harder than your average gummy bear or fruit snack, meaning you could be getting a jaw workout by taking a recommended dose. They also stick together in the bottle, so you also might be getting a finger workout having to pry one out! These might be a nuisance to you, but they weren't a big deal to me. They actually taste pretty good, which is a big plus, considering plain ol' creatine powder is pretty gross. They're also vegan, which pushes these four star gummies to five in my book.Overall, these are a pretty decent gummy that could use a little formula adjustment to make them a little more user friendly if they wanted to perfect them. However, they're a really great way to begin experimenting with creatine supplementation due to their convenient format. If you are happy with the results after going through a bottle, perhaps switch to a more economical method of supplementing if you're looking to save money.
