So I’ve used this for a few months now and don’t know if I’m really getting any benefit to it or not. I do know when I stand outside and ground I sleep like a baby, but in the winter time I was hoping this would help as well. I really do not see any difference in having it. It fits the bed well and is easy to put on. The directions are not very good and non the beginning I bought an adaptor thinking I needed it to plug it in but you don’t. So that was a wasted purchase… I’ve tried sleeping directly on it…. Tried it under the bottom sheet… everything. I really don’t think it works or does anything. 4 stars bc the quality and make of it is good I just don’t think it works.

I tested this mat with a volt meter. It did not ground plugged in or not, so I returned it. I was disappointed.

First, the cable is open, meaning the wire is broken internally somewhere. Second, even if the wire was good, the material is non conductive. Meaning in order to be grounded you need a conductive material to transfer energy through. This material is great as an insulator but not for grounding.
