I just received it today and the moment I tried to explore the specimens provided , the routing knob stuck and wont move at all (it came like this I didnt broke it) , the second thing is that the supplies came with are very cheep products that are not even close to the image in the web , I'm highly disappointed by my own product experience especially its an expensive product , hope you fix this problem.

Wife has had nothing but good things to say about this. She's a biology major and sets it up as much as she can. Image quality on her laptop and her are amazing and the storage case is very well designed

This is an EXCELLENT microscope. Easy set up and I am very happy to own this.

Got it as a gift. They loved it. It connects really easily to Windows. Picture quality is very nice. Takes a moment to adjust and find what you are looking at but overall, very happy with purchase. Works with other slides too!

NO real manual at all. How do you make adjustments? no instruction! How does camera focus? How does camera attach to the body? Really bad!!! The so called manual is unreadable and you indeed need a microscope to read IT. NOT worth anything when it can not be used as described.
