Not enough bolts
Didn't come with sufficient wing nuts to be able to fully construct the product. 5 instead of 8. I made it work but this is a major oversight.

can’t use both rails
the rail itself is really nice but it’s not practical like tbe picture. there’s no way you’ll be able to put hangers on both top and bottom. the distance between them is too narrow so the hangers on the bottom rail bump into the clothes on the top rail and it gets really mess and annoying. i ended up only using the top rail for hangers and the bottom rail for scarves that i just drape with no hanger
