Bang! Expansion: Dodge City

I bought this not long after getting the core card set, it's not only Dodge City but also High Noon as well.Dodge City adds new characters (many more 3 hit point) and allows for 8 players (which is great but i don't know why they duplicate the original 7 role cards) also more cards to add to the deck for accomodating 8 players. the major addition on this front is the introduction of green rim cards- these work as a cross between the blue and the brown rimmed cards in that they are played in front of a player (so can be discarded with Cat Balou or stolen using Panico) but they are 1 use discard cards (like the browns with ones that act as misses and bangs etc), other cards that are added include cards that require you to discard another card when playing it to have an effect also Hideout (acts the same as Mustang) and Binoculars (acts the same as scope).The 8th player that they add is another Renegade, which must look after his/her own interest (can work as a team with the other Renegade BUT HE/SHE ALONE must be the last one standing after killing the Sheriff - i.e. if there are 2 Renegades left and the Sheriff dies then the Outlaws win (the renegades have to kill each other first then take out the sheriff), they have also included rules for playing with 3 player, i haven't tried it yet but it's simply a sheriff, Renegade and an Outlaw that are all revealed and it the case of trying to eliminate your designated opponent (works in a triangle/ kill the player to your left/right first then kill the last person).High Noon consists of cards that are played at the beginning of the round (that is the Sheriff reveals them) after the first round is complete, we very much enjoyed playing with these as they help liven up the game after just playing the core set for some time, they range from positive (i.e. blessing - where all cards act as hearts or Train - where all players pick up another card at the start of their turn) to negative (curse - all cards acts as spades or The Daltons - all players must lose a card that is infront of them) to some that are neutral or a bit annoying (Goldrush - play goes anti-clockwise, The Preacher - no one can play a beer or the Sermon - no one can play a bang!). The last card is always High Noon which means that all players lose a life at the beginning of the round - great mechanic for speeding up games at the end.A recommended buy for all Bang! fans! :)*you have to own the original Bang! first but that's logical*

I bought this for my twentysomething son to take on a weekend in the country with friends. It entertained them so much they stayed up till the early hours playing the game. Play is apparently quicker, and therefore more fun, with the expansion.

Attenzione! Al contrario di quanto risulta nella descrizione NON è presente l'espansione mezzogiorno di fuoco. Infatti mi è arrivata esclusivamente l'espansione Dodge City. A quanto pare in realtà la versione delle espansioni accoppiate non è più disponibile nel mercato.Al di la di questo, il prodotto di per se è ottimo, nuove carte per un gioco già collaudato. Aggiunge la possibilità di giocare in 8, divertimento assicurato!

Espansione quasi indispensabile per giocare a bang divertendosi veramente, meglio però impratichirsi prima con il gioco base. Oltretutto permette di giocare da 3 a 8 giocatori (con solo il gioco base da 4 a 7). Non dò le 5 stelle solo perché mancano le carte di mezzogiorno di fuoco, mi è arrivata la nuova edizione che non le ha.

Bella espansione, a parte i nuovi personaggi che fanno sempre piacere, la modalità di gioco di questa espansione rende più imprevedibile il gioco e abbastanza movimentato, aggiungendo anche un nuovo tipo di carte che sono quelle ad uso singolo.

got it for the expansion of characters i can use, not huge fan of some of the other cards, so kind of expensive for just some cards i ended up using

Quanto arriva non corrisponde alla descrizione.C'è solo dodge city, di mezzogiorno di fuoco neanche l'ombra.Il voto è la media tra il 5 a dodge city e l'1 all'inesistrnte mezzogiorno di fuoco

Ho comprato questa espansione principalmente per aver la possibilità di giocare in 8!!! Il pacco é arrivato in anticipo, solo 3 giorni d'attesa! La scatola del gioco è integra, nessun graffio, ci sono tutte le carte, la plancia, le pallottole e il regolamento!! L'acquisto lo consiglio a tutti!!p.s. le carte mezzogiorno di fuoco non sono comprese in questa espansione.

Gioco bello e semplice da capire, piace veramente a tutti, ideale per serate di pioggia o particolarmente fredde

Bang è un gran gioco e questa espansione del set base è indispensabile.Consigliato e nessuna sorpresa imballo e prodotto perfetto.

Abbiamo comprato questo gioco da poco ed è stato piú volte motivo e scusa per incontrarsi e socializzare, con Bang! Abbiamo viaggiato attraverso le lande del west e lungo le autostrade d'Italia carichi di pistole immaginarie e munizioni; suggeriamo a tutti questo ottimo passatempo e che il vecchio west vi conduca d un "mezzogiorno di fuoco" !

Questa espansione a mio avvisio è così fondamentale per lo svolgimento del gioco che a momenti dovrebbe essere inserita nel set base. Indispensabile per aggiunger tattica al gioco

The new cards change the game too much and my whole group agrees with this. We play without the new green cards now, but continue to use the new characters included. Would not recommend!
