Ich habe mir diese Creatin-Kapseln gekauft, weil ich schlicht zu bequem bin, jedes Mal Pulver mit Wasser anzurühren und den Shaker anschließend zu spülen. Hier heißt es: Kapsel nehmen, Wasser drauf, fertig – und schon ist das Thema Creatin erledigt. Die Wirkung ist, wie man es von Creatin kennt: spürbar mehr Kraft im Training, ein solider Pump und insgesamt längere Leistungsfähigkeit. Mehr Wiederholungen, schwerere Gewichte – das klassische „Upgrade“ für die Hantelbank. Die Kapseln sind dabei sauber dosiert, praktisch verpackt und lassen sich problemlos unterwegs einnehmen. Natürlich: Creatin bleibt Creatin, das Rad wird hier nicht neu erfunden. Der Unterschied liegt im Komfort. Kein Pulver, kein Abwiegen, keine Schweinerei. Einfach unkompliziert und verlässlich. Fazit: Wer die Vorteile von Creatin nutzen möchte, aber keinen Nerv für Dosierlöffel und Shaker-Spülgänge hat, findet hier eine bequeme Lösung. Macht, was es soll – nur eben in Kapsel-Form.

Not surprising since it's on the listing but these tablets carry a proper dosage of 3.75mg per day. Some competitors try to short change you with 2mg and so you run out of them quicker. For loading phase use 4-5 tablets daily to get 5-6.25mg for 2 weeks or so to saturate muscles if you've never taken the supplements before. Then maintenance at 3 a day should be plenty. The tablets are slightly larger than some other brands so if you're bad with tablets maybe worth noting. Personally had no issues.
