After all the negative reviews about flavor, I risked buying it. It doesn't taste like candy, after all it is a vitamin, but it isn't that bad. I swallow it with water and I'm grateful to find such a large amount of vitamin D that is vegan and affordable.

They seem to be working well. They’re really small tablets so they’re easy to swallow. They do seem to be helping my energy a bit!

The tablets are small, and of course I like that they're from lichen. However, they have a perfumed smell that's overpowering and makes ingesting them quite unpleasant. The smell itself, if diluted - and on anything other than food - might be pleasant. On a vitamin, it's a bit nasty.
