I had bought one of their earlier versions. To help with my sciatica. It was okay but it stretched out too quickly because the compression ball was not big enough. This new design is a big improvement to the earlier version. The compression ball is bigger so you don't have to tighten as much to get the same relief. For me it works so much better than those sciatica pain relief devices.

The first one helped so much that I ordered a second one for the other leg. Big improvement!

The product does work wonderfully but the velcro does not stay if you continually undo and redo and undo and redo and for the price I would expect a lot more for it to stay put if you could could you please replace the first one that I have bought thank you

This sciatica relief band didn't work well for me and the pressure pad is painful after a short period of time. I have used a relief band from a well known brand that works for my sciatica and was looking forward to trying this one. The band is much narrower and the pressure pad is smaller than my other band and I had a hard time trying to locate the exact pressure point. The instructions says to locate the pad behind the knee, for me this was not effective and was painful to wear. I also tried to locate it on the side of the calf like my other band and this was also painful so I had to remove it. The band might work better for others though and comes with a lifetime guarantee which is a plus.
